How can I place a custom cookie order?

At this time we are not accepting inquiries for custom orders. Stay tuned for holiday pre-sales and pop-ups!

How many cookies can I order?
​
For custom orders, we require a minimum of 2 dozen cookies and can accommodate large event or corporate orders with advanced notice.

Are your sugar cookies nut-free?
​
The cookies do not contain any nuts. Because we are not a nut-free facility, we leave ordering for those with nut allergies up to the discretion of our customers.

How do I care for my cookies?
​
Cookies are best kept on the counter away from direct sunlight or heat. Cookies keep best kept in their heat sealed wrappers for up to 2 weeks. Do not keep cookies in a fridge. Condensation can easily ruin the icing designs. However, cookies freeze great for up to 6 month. Place the heat sealed cookies in an air-tight container to freeze. When ready to enjoy, place the air-tight container on the counter for at least 4 hours before opening.

Do you ship cookies?
​
Shipping is available within the state of Maryland only for an additional fee. If you are ordering cookies that you wish to ship to a loved one outside of Maryland,just let us know and we will wrap your sweet treats in bubble wrap and a shipping box. Just add a card and seal it up and it will be ready for you to send off.

What's a "Pop-Up Sale?
​
A pop-up sale is when we have cookies available for purchase in smaller quantities. They’ll be sold on a first come, first served basis until we run out of cookies! Information regarding these sales will be announced through the VIP Email List and on Facebook and Instagram.

Where are you located?
​
We are located in Lutherville, Maryland near 695 & 83 N. Exact directions and scheduing will be sent the week of your cookie pickup.

How much notice do you need to order cookies?
​
At this time, we are not accepting custom orders. When we get back to it, we need 2-3 weeks minimum, but at least a month is best! I make custom cookie cutters for many of my orders and also need time to ensure that I can order all the correct products for your order.
All pre-sales will be advertised prior to holidays and will post the timeline for ordering.

What flavor are your sugar cookies?

At this time, all custom orders are a vanilla sugar cookie. Seasonal flavors will be periodically introduced during holiday pre-sales and pop-ups.

Do you offer gluten-free, dairy-free or egg free cookies?
​
Not at this time.

How do I pay for my order?
​
Once you receive a response to a custom order inquiry, you will receive an invoice via paypal. Payment in fill will sevure your order on the calendar and may be made by credit card online. Arrangements for cash may be made by email if you prefer. Also, corporate or eduational orders may be paid directly by organization.

Do you have cookies that I can buy on the spot?
​
At this time, we are a cottage bakery, so we do not have cookies ready made for walk-up customers. Every order is previously placed on our website, so every cookie we create is made to order. Occassionally we have extras that we will post on social media for sale.

What is a "Pre-Sale"?

We do pre-sales for some of the major holidays. This means you are able to purchase pre-designed cookies for an upcoming holiday. All cookies will be available for pickup during a advertised time. Announcements will be sent through the VIP Email list and put on Facebook and Instagram for your to purchase.

Do you deliver?
​
Delivery is not included in the custom cookie quote, but can be arranged for an additional fee based on availability.
